1.2 Shipping availability may vary based on location, logistics feasibility, and courier partner serviceability.

2.1 Dispatch timelines communicated at the time of order placement are estimated timelines only.

2.2 These timelines are indicative and may vary due to:


  • Product availability
  • Production schedules
  • Quality checks
  • Courier partner operations
  • External or unforeseen circumstances



2.3 Dispatch timelines do not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment.





3. Delivery Timelines



3.1 Delivery timelines are dependent on third-party courier partners and location.

3.2 Rumi Weaves shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:


  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural calamities
  • Government regulations or restrictions
  • Strikes, lockdowns, or force majeure events



3.3 Delays in delivery do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation.





4. Shipping Charges



4.1 Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation.

4.2 Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.





5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility



5.1 Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including:


  • Correct address
  • Pincode
  • Landmark
  • Contact number



5.2 Rumi Weaves shall not be liable for:


  • Delays
  • Failed deliveries
  • Loss of parcels
    arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.



5.3 Any additional costs incurred due to address correction or re-delivery shall be borne entirely by the customer.





6. Failed Delivery Attempts



6.1 If a delivery attempt fails due to:


  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect contact details
  • Refusal to accept the parcel



the shipment may be returned to origin.


6.2 In such cases:


  • Re-shipping will be done at the customer’s expense, or
  • The order value will be converted into store credit after deduction of shipping and handling charges.






7. Risk & Ownership Transfer



7.1 The risk of loss, damage, or theft transfers to the customer upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided.

7.2 Rumi Weaves shall not be responsible for loss or damage occurring after delivery confirmation.





8. Damaged or Tampered Packages



8.1 Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

8.2 If the outer package appears tampered or damaged, customers should:


  • Refuse delivery, or
  • Record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video



8.3 Any claims related to damage must strictly comply with the Return & Exchange Policy, including mandatory unboxing video requirements.





9. International Shipping



9.1 For international orders:

    Refer International shipping document separately mentioned 


    9.2 Delays due to customs clearance do not qualify for refund or cancellation.





    10. Reverse Shipping



    10.1 Reverse shipping, if approved, will be processed as per the Return & Exchange Policy.

    10.2 Reverse logistics charges shall apply and will be adjusted accordingly.





    11. Limitation of Liability



    11.1 Rumi Weaves shall not be liable for:


    • Courier partner delays
    • Transit damage beyond documented claims
    • Loss after delivery confirmation
    • Seasonal Production Delays
    • Indirect or consequential losses



    11.2 The brand’s liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.





    12. Policy Updates & Final Authority



    12.1 Rumi Weaves reserves the right to amend or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

    12.2 The interpretation of this policy rests solely with Rumi Weaves, and its decision shall be final and binding.
