1.1 We do not offer refunds in cash, bank transfer, or original payment method.

1.2 In case an exchange is not feasible, the eligible value will be issued as store credit.

1.3 Store credit:

• Is valid for 3 months from the date of issue
• Can be redeemed against any purchase on our website
• Is non-transferable, non-encashable, and cannot be extended once expired
